    General Conditions

    By accessing and using the Nisso Style Luxe website (nissostyleluxe.shop), you accept these general terms of sale. Nisso Style SARL reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of your order.

    Orders

    All orders placed through our website are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in case of pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp with your purchase details.

    Payment

    We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) with an additional charge of 3 EUR, and bank transfer. The order will be processed once payment is confirmed. Displayed prices include VAT where applicable.

    Shipping

    We ship throughout Morocco. Delivery times are estimated and may vary by location. Shipments are made through trusted courier services. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

    Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with intact tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

    Liability

    Nisso Style Luxe is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product due to the handcrafted nature of our garments.

    Intellectual Property

    All website content (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Nisso Style SARL and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
